Farfalle with Tuna

Ingredients
  • 1 lb Luigi Vitelli farfalle
  • 
1 large white or yellow onion
  • 2 6oz cans of Italian tuna fish preserved in olive oil
  • 5 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
Directions

Slice the onion thinly and put them in a non stick skillet with 3 tbsp of olive oil. Cook at medium low heat for about 10 minutes. Add a little bit of water if needed. Then add the drained tuna, and mix well. Cook for another 5 minutes.
Meanwhile cook the pasta al dente. Once ready add it to the tuna sauce and serve immediately.
