- 2 tbsp Luigi Vitelli Italian Tomato Paste
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 2 pc Vodka
- 1/8 tbsp Red Pepper Flakes
- 1/4 cup Fresh Grated Parmigiano Cheese
Put the vodka and red hot pepper in a skillet at medium heat add. Light the vodka with a match. Once the vodka burns out add the milk, heavy cream and tomato paste. Simmer for about 15 minutes or until it thickens. Add the parmigiano and serve it hot with your favorite Luigi Vitelli pasta.
